LAST SET

Privacy policy

Last Set is provided by Bedrock Group LLC. This policy covers the Last Set iPhone app, its Apple Watch companion and these web pages. The app is listed on the App Store as Last Set Pro.

Your workout log stays on your devices

Last Set stores your workouts, routines, custom exercises, dated bodyweight entries, strength-table selection and preferences on your devices. You do not need an account with us, and we do not ask for your name in the app. We do not operate a backend that receives your workout log. The app has no ads or developer analytics SDK. We do not sell your workout, health or location data or use it for targeted advertising.

Apple Watch and exercise information

The companion exchanges workout information with your paired iPhone through Apple’s WatchConnectivity service. Sets waiting to sync are stored on the Watch. Motion samples used to estimate repetitions are processed on the Watch. Confirmed repetitions become part of your workout log. These samples and records are not sent to us.

Strength ranks are calculated on your device. Each ranked set retains the bodyweight and table selection used for that calculation. Where available, Apple’s on-device model can help assign muscle groups to a custom exercise. Exercise names used for this feature are processed on your device, not sent to a Last Set server.

Apple Health

With your permission, Last Set reads available heart-rate, active-energy and date-of-birth information from Apple Health. Date of birth is used to estimate heart-rate zones. During a Watch workout, HealthKit supplies heart-rate and active-calorie readings and saves the workout to Apple Health. Last Set keeps workout health records locally. We do not receive these readings or use them for advertising, marketing or data mining.

You choose which Health permissions to grant and can change them in Apple’s settings. Logging works without Health access. Daily charts show available readings; connecting the app does not make the Watch continuously measure heart rate throughout the day.

Last Set history and Apple Health contain separate records. Deleting a workout from one does not necessarily delete the other. Manage Apple Health records and Apple’s own Health syncing in the Health app and system settings.

Location

An outdoor run or jog uses location to measure distance and pace, including while the run continues in the background. Last Set saves the resulting distance, not a GPS route. It does not upload location coordinates to us. Change location permission in system Settings. Treadmill distance is entered manually.

Optional iCloud backup

If you enable Pro backup, Last Set writes your workout log and related settings to your own iCloud Drive using Apple’s services. This can include bodyweight history and strength-table selection. The backup excludes recorded heart rate, active calories and Health workout identifiers. Apple Health sync is separate.

Turning backup off stops future backups. An existing copy remains until you remove it from iCloud Drive. We do not operate this storage service or receive a copy of your backup.

Purchases and device security

Apple processes payments. Last Set checks verified StoreKit transactions on your device to determine Pro access. We do not receive payment-card details. Manage purchases and subscriptions through your Apple Account.

If you enable Face ID lock, Apple’s device authentication system handles the check. Last Set does not receive your biometric template.

Exports, websites and support

CSV exports can contain workout details, bodyweight and saved health readings. You control where an export is saved or shared. The destination you choose receives the file. External websites, including strength-standard sources and Apple account pages, have their own privacy practices.

These pages are hosted using OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. Hosting providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time, to deliver and secure the site. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a support form to these pages. Visiting this site does not send your Last Set workout log to it.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond and resolve your request, and keep it only as needed for support and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please do not send payment details or unnecessary health information. You may ask us to delete support correspondence, subject to records we must retain.

Keeping and removing information

Your local records remain until you delete them or remove the app. You can correct or delete workouts in History and bodyweight entries in Settings. Remove any separate Watch copy, iCloud backup or exported file that you no longer want. Offloading an app may retain its data. Apple Health records are managed separately in the Health app. Deleting Last Set does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Because we do not hold your workout database, we cannot retrieve or delete its local contents for you. For questions about information you have sent us directly, contact the address below.

Changes and contact

We will update this page and its effective date when these practices change. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to Bedrock Group LLC at support@kollarai.com.
